The Stampede and Stampede X are joined by the all-new Stampede Hunter Edition for 2019, each built by Textron Off Road with a heavy-duty work ethic and the ability to have fun when the work’s done. All three boast best-in-class components and specifications with innovative features that deliver a premium side-by-side experience.

The new Stampede Hunter Edition is true to its name with a WARN winch, roof and two gun mounts as standard equipment. A new hood rack and the addition of textured paint on the ROPS and front bumper highlight the improvements for 2019.

Every Stampede is built to get the job done, starting with a 600-lb. capacity tilting rear bed with the quick and simple Fast-N-Latch bed accessory storage system. Plus there’s added convenience of the Stampede’s signature extended cab, delivering a class-leading 24 cu.-ft. of total storage space. Add to the mix a 2,000-lb. towing capacity for a machine that’s ready for every job and trail.

Double A-arm suspensions with 9.5/10.5 inches of front/rear travel conquer all terrain and conditions, with 11.25 inches of ground clearance for added peace of mind. Front and rear sway bars reduce body roll and keep handling smooth and predictable. Full impact- and corrosion-resistant doors offer a large 10-sq.-ft. opening for easy entry and exit.

The cab is equally spacious, with a full 39 inches between the ROPS cage and the seat bottom, plus 31 inches between the instrument panel and the seatback. The dash itself features an industryleading 5.25 x 3.25-in. LCD display. And the contoured bench seat provides comfortable seating for two.

Power comes from the robust, dependable 846cc SOHC twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled EFI engine that was designed and built by Textron Motors. It feeds its 80 hp and 59-ft.-lbs. of torque to the CVT system. The selectable on-demand AWD system puts the power exactly where you want it, while four-wheel hydraulic disc brake with 9-in rotors and dual piston calipers deliver enhanced braking performance.

Stampede models are equally impressive when it comes to features such as Electronic Power Steering (EPS); large 9.5-gal. fuel capacity; standard 2-in. receiver hitch; 12V and USB accessory outlets; steel front brush guard; and adjustable tilt steering. There’s even a programmable speed controller that allows the operator to set a maximum top speed from 26 to 55 mph (in 1-mph increments) to ensure that Stampede models are operated at the appropriate speed for the driver and task.


The Stampede comes with black steel wheels; 26- in. Kenda tires; and comes in Jet Black with Earth Blue. The Stampede X gets premium 27-in. Maxxis Bighorn 2.0 tires; aluminum wheels; premium cut-and-sewn bench seat; and comes in Charcoal Metallic with Lime Green.

The Stampede Hunter Edition features premium 27-in. Maxxis Bighorn 2.0 tires; aluminum wheels; premium cut-and-sewn bench seat; 4,000-lb. WARN winch; top; and two gun mounts. It comes in TrueTimber Strata.
