Yamaha’s YXZ1000R and YXZ1000R SE have fully manual 5 speed transmissions rather than belt-type automatics. Not only were the YXZs completely revised with lower gearing, a re-sculptured cage and larger rear-mounted radiator, larger 29-inch tires with new rim bolt pattern, and new Fox shock and EPS settings for 2019, the price dropped by a $1000 on both the base and Special Edition, which gets more-tunable Fox RC2 shocks and beadlock rims.
