UTV AND ATV STAMPEDES

UTV AND ATV STAMPEDES

The state of Idaho might be able to stake claim to originating the OHV jamboree and it the home of some of the best UTV and ATV stampedes. Way back in the early 1990s, the town of Wallace, along with the High Mountain ATV Association, started putting on the High Mountain ATV Jamboree. Since then, the promoters have put on great events all over the state, including Rally in the Pines in Mackay and now Salmon, UTV Takeover in McCall, and the Garden Valley Stampede, which has grown to a multi-date series of fun events within a two-hour drive from the state capitol in Boise. The Wallace Jamboree in northern Idaho is still tentatively scheduled this year for July 20–25th. Check out our 2020 jamboree schedule at www.utvactionmag.com.

The trails in the state of Idaho have great destinations that are much easier to access in a UTV or snowmobile than in a pickup truck. There are several hot springs to enjoy north of Garden Valley that are perfect any time of the year.
