Eibach has developed a Pro-UTV Spring System for the Can-Am Maverick X3 and X3 Max X rs Turbo, R, and RR’s Fox Podium RC2 IBP (also QS3 and Smart-Shox) shocks. Eibach’s engineers tested 2020 X3s and found the stock springs to create an unbalanced ride in high-speed chop and whoops. Eibach’s Pro-UTV X3 Springs are designed to be a plug-and-play system that smoothes out the X3 ride and handling with lighter secondary springs yet resists bottoming with higher-rate main springs.
Each Pro-UTV kit comes with four front and four rear Eibach Race Springs which use the OEM Fox sliders, cross-over rings, and preload-lock rings. Stage 2 Pro-UTV X3 Springs are aimed at the weekend warrior who wants a smooth ride without bottoming in G-outs, better turn-in response, and also better hook-up exiting turns. Stage 3 Pro-UTV kits are meant for higher loads and more passengers and offer a slightly more aggressive spring rate. MSRPs are $700.00 for Stage 2 and Stage 3; see www.eibach.com or call (800) 507-2338.
In addition to Eibach’s Pro-UTV Spring kit for Can-Am X3s, complete your suspension upgrade with Eibach’s Anti-Roll-Kits. Reduce body roll on all Maverick X3s with 29mm-diameter rear ($161.50) and 20mm front ($154.50), or get both for $302.60, down from $356. The Anti-Roll kit has solid-steel, cold-formed sway bars with single-mount holes up front and two mounting holes for the rear, and mounting kits include two aluminum brackets and four HD bushings.
They’re designed to increase handling and cornering grip for higher overall performance. Use the OEM sway-bar links or upgrade to Eibach’s Adjustable Link system with Aurora rod ends and hex bodies. Front links are $142.80, and rear links are $131.75; see www.eibach.com or call (800) 507-2338.
