NEW PRODUCTS FROM WPS

Western Power Sports (WPS) is the distributor that your local shop goes through to stock its shelves. While you may have heard of its house brands, such as Fly Racing, Sedona Tires or Open Trail, they carry hundreds of other items to outfit any UTV. We recently sat in on a national sales meeting near the WPS headquarters in Boise, Idaho, to get a sneak peek of the NEW PRODUCTS FROM WPS you will see online or in your favorite parts store this riding season. To purchase, support that local store and order through them, even if you plan on doing the install yourself.

NEW PRODUCTS FROM WPS include new wheels from Raceline. Along with new styling, they have moved the size and offset measurement labels to the front of the wheel face instead of hiding them in back. Raceline is also known for other unique features, such as having two sets of beadlock holes. Visit www.racelinewheels.com.

MBRP exhaust systems offer the sound of a muscle car and the strength of a diesel truck. Yes, they make exhaust systems for those vehicles, too. The brand was born in the snowmobile world, so there’s no need to worry about getting these wet. See their complete line of UTV, ATV, car and truck exhausts in the catalog at the dealer.

Trail Tech’s Voyager Pro ($649.95) gives you the ability to hardwire Ride Command into any brand of machine. Trail Tech is owned by Polaris, and the Voyager Pro will talk to Ride Command-equipped RZRs, Generals and Rangers. While the unit is smaller than the Ride Command screen, if you mount it on the A-Pillar just in front of the driver or passenger, they will be able to see it better than on a dash-mounted screen. Visit www.trailtech.net.

The Fly Lite glove is perfect if you’re looking for a thin driving glove during the summer or to slide inside a snow glove for those colder climates. Either way, the fingertips are touchscreen-capable. They are available in red, grey and blue at www.flyracing.com. Price is $24.95.

Pro Armor was one of the first companies to market harness belts for UTVs. They have made them even easier to use by utilizing an automotive-style buckle. The driver’s-side part comes with the seatbelt sensor plug for a seamless install. Your dealer should stock these.

NEW PRODUCTS FROM WPS include the EcoXGear battery-powered sound bar in various sizes. Hose-clamp it to your roll cage, charge the battery, and you are rocking down the trail. Or, better yet, mount it using a quick-release fire-extinguisher mount so you can quickly unhook it and take it anywhere. Another positive is it will never drain your machine’s battery. Prices start at $299.99 at www.ecoxgear.com.
