POLARIS JOINS INTERNATIONAL FEMALE RIDE DAY

INTERNATIONAL FEMALE RIDE DAY

Polaris will support and partner with the 14th annual International Female Ride Day (IFRD), a globally synchronized ride day to take place August 22nd celebrating women riders and their passion for powersports. The global event encourages rider enthusiasts across all borders and cultures to participate by simply getting outside for a solo ride or riding with friends and family.
The IFRD embraces the female riding community by welcoming female riders of all types of powersports including UTVs, ATVs, street and off-road motorcycles and snowmobiles, to “Just Ride!” For over a decade, International Female Ride Day celebrates the strong community of women who enjoy riding outdoors. The purpose of the movement is to build awareness of female powersport and motorcycling enthusiasts while highlighting the many diverse women with a passion for riding. Polaris riders can utilize their Polaris RZR, General, Ranger, Sportsman, Slingshot or Indian machines to take part in the event.
International Female Ride Day will take place across six continents in over 120 countries. Riders are encourage to share photos on social media using the hashtag #IFRD and #InternationalFemaleRideDay. Riders who don’t currently own a vehicle or are interested in trying out a new type of ride are encouraged to try vehicles available through  Polaris Adventures, which offers Polaris RZR and other rentals, in addition to providing custom experiences in select locations and terrains across the U.S.
