POLARIS TO OFFER PICK UP OR HOME SERVICE
This week, Polaris ORV introduced RideReady, an industry-leading digital platform that connects powersports owners with local dealers. The service offers owners a convenient platform to track, perform or schedule service for their powersports vehicle. Most notably, the platform provides owners with an opportunity to schedule home service. This service will be available across all of Polaris ORV brands including RANGER, RZR, GENERAL, and Sportsman in the next couple of months.
In effort to make powersports ownership easier and improve the customer experience, RideReady enhances customer accounts by creating a more personalized integrated experience. Polaris is leveraging technology and digital solutions to offer easy online service scheduling options, personalized vehicle and maintenance information, transparent service pricing, appointment reminders and notifications, along with how-to content for owners who prefer the “do-it-yourself” approach.
Following a successful pilot program at 20 Slingshot, motorcycle and off-road vehicle dealers throughout Minnesota and Texas, Polaris is introducing RideReady at more participating dealers across the country and will continue to expand availability to dealers in the coming months. Check it out.
