READER’S RZR TURBO

— What all does a reader of our magazine do when it comes to modifying his prized UTV? Well, let’s take a look at this 2017 Polaris RZR Turbo that Landon Phillips owns. His list of upgrades is quite impressive.

For extra protection Landon started off with a stronger roll cage from SDR Motorsports. Then he added racing seats from PRP and better seat belts from Assault.

For more power he added a Trinity Racing exhaust along with their programmer and clutch kit. He also added a turbo blow-off valve, intake boot and charge tube from EVO Powersports, S&B Particle Separator and K&N air filter.

Landon went with HCR’s long travel suspension kit that includes A-arms and King shocks at all four corners. For improved durability he added RCV axles and ball joints, Assault HD tie rods and sway bar end links, and Sandcraft front diff bearing kit.

The 32 inch Tensor tires are mounted on Method 406 beadlock wheels. Additional hardware includes: Assault grill, side mirrors, quick release steering wheel and shift knob, Warn winch, lights from Rigid and Baja Designs, radio and intercom with helmet wiring from PCI.

With the way Landon’s 2017 RZR Turbo sits now, it gets him down the trail much quicker, with more comfort, protection and durability.
