— Lone Star Racing to the rescue —

The smallest Polaris RZR is a great machine for young UTVers to get started on. It allows them to learn the basic skills of driving off-road and dealing with bumpy terrain. However, many of them will soon reach the maximum potential of the RZR 170 and want to increase its performance level. That’s where the folks at Lone Star Racing come in. They made a special point to focus on this machine and provide some big improvements to it.

LSR has put together a selection of shocks that fit the RZR 170 perfectly and give it a much better ride in the rough. You can choose between Elka, Walker Evans or Fox. The set of four shocks are priced from $790 and up.

The extended a-arms for the Polaris RZR 170 are 3″ wider per side to give the RZR a more stable ride and are camber adjustable. They are designed to work with the stock length shocks but aftermarket shocks are recommended for the best performance. The arms are made from 1 1/8″ diameter 4130 chromoly steel and available in your many powder coat colors. The kit includes 2  A-arms, Delron bushings and inner pivot tubes, extended tie-rods, and extended brake lines. Price $625.

The extended axle shaft is lengthened 6″ overall to match up with the +3 A-arms. The axle is machined from aircraft grade steel, heat treated, and chromed for strength and corrosion resistance. It installs using all of the factory components. Warrantied against manufacture defects only. Price $420.

The Lone Star Racing RZR 170 swingarm is a heavy duty replacement for the weak stock swingarm. It is made from 1 1/4″ 4130 chromoly tubing and has heavy duty 3/4″ heim joints to mount it to the frame. It also comes with heavy duty 10mm chain adjusters. The swingarm is stock geometry so it will bolt directly onto your RZR 170. Price $500.
