SMOKING E-UTV FROM SEMA TAKES ON CALICO ROCK TRAILS
If you were on social media in early November, you may have seen a video of a black, electric, UTV smoking as it was pushed from the hauls of the SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
It turns out the vehicle was a build from YouTuber Rich Rebuilds from Massachusetts. Rich also built the electric Cyberquad after seeing Elon Musk debut something similar during the Cyber Truck announcement.
Well on this same trip out West for SEMA, it looks like Rich and a few other YouTubers were part of an eBay Motors competition called Mod-Athon out at the Calico OHV area near Barstow, California. For those familiar with the area, you will spot some of your favorite rock trails. As it turns out some of the Polaris components of this build couldn’t hold up to the massive torque of the electric motor clogging up the trail. We could have told you that was going to happen. However, as his name states, we are sure Rich will get it rebuilt, and hopefully, we will see this electric-powered RZR out on the trails again.
