LOCKING DOWN DUNE SEASON Easter weekend is the unofficial end to California’s dune season, as it gets too hot later in the year for Glamis and Dumont. Are the Oceano Dunes in Danger?

Pismo, Oceano Dunes, SLO Dunes, or whatever name you have given it, has been a beloved California OHV riding spot for decades.  Residents who live near the Oceano Dunes OHV area in San Luis Obispo, CA have been in dispute for years over the "health concerns" caused by the dust kicked up in the riding areas.
