Where to Ride: Bear River Lodge

A snowy winter wonderland is a perfect place to take your UTV if your perpetual desire for adventure knows no seasons. While snowmobiles are epic, some riders prefer the safety of a cage and seatbelt along with the comfort of a fully enclosed cab option of a UTV.

Throw on a set of trax and you have the ultimate set up, though they aren’t usually necessary. If you’re on the hunt for an epic snowscape to shred this season, then check out the Bear River Lodge.

Located in Christmas Meadows, Utah, the Bear River Lodge is gorgeous year-round and home to over 400 miles of awesome trails through the Uinta Mountains of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. Elevation ranges from 8,500-10,500 feet, so be sure to adjust your gearing accordingly.

This adventurous retreat is home to peaceful fishing spots, beautiful cabins for your stay, a quaint restaurant and store, as well as a large fleet of rental machines. Of course, guests are always welcome to bring their own rig to drive.
