WHERE TO RIDE & RACE YOUR UTV: BRIMSTONE AND WINDROCK

BRIMSTONE RECREATION AND WINDROCK PARK ARE OPEN

While much of the nation’s riding areas are temporarily closed due to the Coronavirus, Tennessee’s Brimstone Recreation and Windrock Park are open for riding trails with guidelines in place for groups of nine or less with social distancing. Brimstone is conducting remote check-in by phone for those itching to ride 300 miles of mountain trails, and they began taking campground reservations April 15th. Brimstone Retreats assures patrons that they will strictly adhere to CDC guidelines regarding cleaning procedures and policies of its cabins.

As of now, Brimstone’s White Knuckle Event is still on for May 22-24th; tickets are $75-$85 depending on when you order them.

The Windrock Park 300-mile trail-system is open, and if you plan to visit please remember to follow the CDC Guidelines like staying 6 feet apart, no gatherings greater than 10 and washing your hands. While the campground is closed Windrock is working on a few additions. One of those happens to be this yurt! This is one of the three that will have finished this year making a total of five. A yurt takes on a new level of primitive camping, and they are only $75/night!
