WIDER, SMOOTHER, COOLER, 2020 POLARIS XP GENERAL & GENERAL 4
Polaris has added the XP moniker onto the top tier of the General and General 4 1000 lines for 2020. The new adventure crossover models are outfitted with more aggressive styling that distributes 100 horsepower to its 30-inch Pro Armor Crawler tires that raise ground clearance FROM 12.25″ to 13.5” to negotiate tough terrain. Improved long-travel (14” front and rear) suspension delivers a smoother, faster ride, enabling the GENERAL XP 1000 and GENERAL XP 4 1000 to conquer any trail with the ultimate level of comfort. These machines are also fitted with high clearance A-arms, the Polaris Pro HD 4,500-lb winch and the Sport Low-Profile Bumper. See the 2019 specs HERE.

The GENERAL XP 1000 and XP 4 1000 deliver the ultimate combination of comfort and capability, even on the longest of journeys. The 64-inch, one-piece chassis improves strength without compromising agility and premium Walker Evans Velocity Shocks deliver higher resistance to bottoming out all to give customers more control and a much smoother ride.
New class-leading suspension sports 13.5 inches of ground clearance and 14 inches of equal front- and rear-wheel travel. The GENERAL XP 1000 and XP 4 1000 are equipped with new long-distance LED headlights that draw less power but provide an even brighter view of the trail ahead. Furthermore, the machines are outfitted with redesigned, high-coverage fender flares to block debris and mud from riders, while adding a flare of style to the body. The new machines maintain the same bolstered, color-matching bucket seats.
