WORCS UTVS RETURN FROM 2021 SUMMER BREAK IN CEDAR CITY UTAH

The World Off-Road Championship Series (WORCS) returns from its summer break September 3rd-5th at a brand-new track – Three Peaks Oasis at Cedar City, Utah. Three Peaks is a 40-acre UTV track with big tabletops, big berms and big rollers, and the facility also has a lake for watersports and diving, a 130-foot water slide, beach volleyball, a zip line, BMX ramps, food trucks and plenty of camping. It will also host the Landslide Festival July 30-31st with several DJs and bands. WORCS will be the first to race the new UTV track.

Beat the heat at 4800 feet, and camp under shade trees at Three Peaks Oasis’ never-raced-on 40-acre UTV track.

 

Pre-entry for Round 6 closes August 31st at 11:59 CST. Friday the 3rd is for UTV and ATV practice sessions beginning at 9:00AM and ending with Pro UTVs at 2:35PM. Tech inspection is 3:00-5:00PM Friday and 7:30-11:30AM Saturday and Sunday. The UTV driver’s meeting will be Saturday the 4th at 10:00AM at the podium trailer, and Youth 250 Stock classes start at 9:10AM for their 35-minute race. Pro Production Turbos are Saturday’s last race at 3:50PM, and they race 55 minutes. Sunday the 5th has four ATV races after the 8:30AM UTVs (570 and up) Site-In Lap. Youth 1000 Stock starts at 12:55PM and goes 50 minutes. Pro Stock 1000 UTVs start their 55-minute main at 2:55PM.

The new WORCS venue has big berms and sandy desert soil.

Non-member registrations for Round 6 are $140 adult per class or $90 for 250 Youth 250 classes, and Pros have to be WORCS members. Members prices are $80 for Youth 250, Amateur classes are $130, and Pro classes are $175. Friday Unclassified entries are $30 and Practice/Site-In Laps are $10. Member online pre-entry discounts are $5 and additional entry discounts are $5. Gates open Thursday at 3:00PM, and gate fees are $20 Adult weekend, $15 Under 12 weekend, and $10 One Day. Active military and Veterans get in free. Camping is $30, and parking for non-campers is $10.

There are 13 amateur UTV classes including Youth 1000 Stock, 1000 Stock, Production 1000 and Production 1000 Turbo.

 

Standard WORCS memberships are $50, and Platinum memberships are $180. Besides the Pro Stock 1000s and Pro Production Turbos, there are 13 other championship classes with five adult classes – Production 1000, Stock 1000, Production 900, Production Turbo 1000, and Women’s. Youth UTV classes include 1000 Stock, 800 Production, 650 Production, 600 Stock, 250 Production, 250 Stock 9-12, 250 Stock 6-8, and 250 Limited Stock.
