YOUR RZR TOOL KIT STINKS: HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO CARRY

Tool kits that come stock with machines used to be like gold. They were a MacGyver assortment that would tighten anything than came loose. Nowadays, they are sparse and barely worth carrying. Aside from the set of Torx, pliers and belt change tool in the RZR’s stock kit, we ignore them. Every time we get a new unit in for testing Sarge goes over it with a fine tooth comb to assemble a proper tool bag that will get us out any bind. Here’s what he came up with the 2019 Polaris RZR XP Turbo Velocity.

Polaris RZR Tool Kit

If you assemble a kit with an end wrench and socket for every size we list, you can tighten 99 percent of loose bolts that may be on your ride. This way you don’t have to carry a complete box of tools that will just rattle around and never get used. Next to the size we suggest, we put notes in as to what it fits, incase you want to double check for yourself. On Polaris machines, some fasteners are closer to metric and some are closer to SAE so we are telling you the best option.
