The 2023 Can-Am Maverick Sport X RC is a 64-inch wide, 100-Hp machine with a special accessory package aimed at rock crawlers. A 976cc, 8-valve V-twin engine provides the power. The Maverick Sport X rc also features Can-Am’s Smart-Lok front differential that’s specially tuned for rock crawling. Smart-Lok has two toggles on the dash to select from four modes: 2×4, 4×4 fully locked, 4×4 Trail Active (rock) and 4×4 Trail. Also, there’s a  four-way toggle for the digital readout. The X RC’s rock crawling accessory package includes half doors, 30-inch Maxxis Liberty tires on 14-inch wheels, UHMW rock sliders, suspension arm protection and front-diff guards, rear bumper, front tow hook, and  a 4,500-pound winch with synthetic rope, premium tail light, and Chalk Gray and Desert Tan painted bodywork and suspension arms. Arched A-arms add ground clearance for rocky, rutted terrain. The Maverick Sport interior includes a low seating position and plenty of storage, and price is unchanged from 2022.
