HCR Mid Travel

All NEW HCR Racing Polaris RS1 Mid-Travel Suspension Kit – Moab Edition. The kit that reuses Factory shocks and gives you the best all-around design and strength. The new parts are patterned after the popular HCR Moab edition arms, which feature unique compound angles for better approach to obstacles along the trail.

These improved angles, in combination with added ground clearance, help clear and transfer over terrain with ease. The Front A-arms offer an increase of 1.25″ ground clearance and 2.5″ of increased ground clearance in the rear. Additional rear clearance available with HCR’s High Link setup for the extreme terrain and rocky trail situations.

The versatility of a +3″ mid-travel kit allows for an increase in stability, travel and drivability while maintaining 70″ of track width for tight trails and maneuverability. With recommended changes applied, the RS1 MTS kit offers 18″ of usable travel; front and rear.

Upper Radius Bar Kit Spherical Bearing (12mm Bolt Size) – Part#  PSRA-RZR1-1-SB12-B

Made from 1 ¼” x 3/16” DOM steel tubing, the Upper Straight Radius Bar is a beefy addition compared to the OEM bars (3/4”) and other competitors (1”). The simple bolt-on kit also features a 5/8” heim joint with a load rated at 17,955 pounds and polyurethane bushings for rugged durability in the deepest ruts and along the rockiest terrain.

A bent rear radius bar will hinder your ground clearance and can quickly lead to a broken ride or getting stuck because you’re hung in a rut or on a rock. High Lifter maximized the available space in the rear radius bar area with extreme curvatures to give you the most ground clearance AND still protect your axle with the Arched Radius Bar.

Trailing Arm Kit – Part#  PSTA-RZR1-B

High Lifter’s research and development team engineered the Max Clearance Series Trailing Arms main bar to run parallel to the frame, greatly increasing the approach angle in front of the rear tires and giving you 4 ½” of added clearance – the MOST available from any after-market trailing arm kit. With the arched design, we’ve eliminated the descent of the bar in front of the rear tires, eliminating the drag and scraping that can be seen in some of the roughest and rockiest terrain. Now, when your RZR climbs out of those deep ruts or over large rocks or logs, your rear tires will easily roll over anything in their path.

Crafted from 1 ½ x ¼” wall steel DOM tubing, the Max Clearance Series Trailing Arms are a super-tough upgrade giving your RZR an agile edge against rocks and ruts everywhere. Best of all, the Max Clearance Series Trailing Arms work with High Lifter’s Signature Series lift kit or any lift kit that is bolted on to the top of the shock.

Outlaw DHT Axle – Rear  Part#  DHT-RZR1-R

High Lifter Products cranked up the heat with the release of the Outlaw Dual Heat Treated (DHT) Axle. The Outlaw DHT Axle exceeds OEM standards and has stand-out features not found in other after-market competitor axles such as puncture resistant boots crafted from premium-grade TPE (Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer). As the newest product under the Outlaw brand from High Lifter, the Outlaw DHT Axle is a reliable choice at an affordable price point for off-road riders.

In addition to the dual heat treatment process, the Outlaw DHT Axles feature puncture-resistant boots crafted from premium-grade Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer (TPE). This material is superior to rubber boots found in after-market competitors as it provides protection from fatigue and wear and remains durable in high and low temperate climates.

L&W Fab Radius Rods

Dual Full Exhaust System – Blackout In Red
The Polaris RZR® RS1 is available as a Dual Full System in the 4″ Performance and 5″ Titan Series. The Dual Full System picks up 4-5 horsepower at high RPMs and 2lb of torque at the wheels. The Titan-QS exhaust has an exhaust tone that’s quieter than the stock muffler.  The exhaust system also picked up more power when we installed the HMF Quiet Cores.  Additionally, the aluminum shells and stainless head pipe weigh substantially less than stock.

Defender Rear Bumper
The HMF IQ Defender Rear Bumper for the Polaris RZR® RS1 is built from .095″ steel tubing and offers an increased form of protection for the back of your Polaris® RZR® RS1. The steel bumper easily mounts to the frame and will increase the durability and lifespan of the machine.  The color options available will match the manufacturer scheme.

Defender LT Front Bumper
The HMF™ IQ Defender LT: Front Bumper for the Polaris RZR® RS1 is built from .095″ steel tubing and offers an increased form of protection on the RZR® RS1.  LED Lights can be installed on the bumper (See Mounting Options) and the bumper itself adds an incredible look to the front of the machine.

Brake Pedal
The HMF IQ Equipment Brake Pedal for the Polaris RZR® RS1 acts as an OEM replacement pedal offering a better height for easier movement from gas to brake, with the ability to left-foot brake with ease.  Built from 6061 Aluminum, the Brake Pedal pad features CNC Machined accents for better grip with a high-grade ceramic coating for a clean, durable look.

Double OTT UTVA

Upper Door/Side Piece
These upper door/side pieces are made from 1/4″ tinted polycarbonate. Don’t be fooled, Polycarbonate is NOT plexiglass. Polycarbonate is virtually indestructible. It will bend before it breaks.

23 inch Tinted Dust/Wind Deflectors
These Double Ott Dust/Wind Deflectors are attached to the front left, and right vertical rollbars, and are an effective way to deflect and reduce the dust and/or cold wind, and the swirl and turbulence of that dust and cold wind within the cab. Get them HERE.
