2022 HONDA PIONEER 520 AND 500
The 2022 Honda Pioneer 520 and 500, Honda’s affordable, 50-inch-wide recreation machines feature new color choices for 2022. These UTVs fit easily in the bed of a full-size pickup.
PIONEER 520
The Pioneer 520 is powered by a 518cc, single-cylinder engine with a 5-speed transmission that offers manual and automatic shift modes. The geared transmission has no drive belt and offers selectable 2WD/4WD.
The 520’s tilting bed can carry 450 pounds of cargo, and the machine can tow 1000 pounds. Double-A-arm front and rear suspension with spring preload-adjustable rear shocks gives the Pioneer a smooth ride. For 2022, the Pioneer 520 is available in Gray Resin, Moose Brown, red or Honda Phantom Camo. MSRP is $9599 and $10,199 for Honda Phantom Camo.
PIONEER 500
A 475cc, single-cylinder engine powers the Pioneer 500. This machine’s 5-speed transmission offers manual and automatic shift modes and selectable 2WD/4WD. The transmission has no drive belt to wear or replace.
The Pioneer 500’s rear rack can carry 450 pounds of cargo, and the machine can tow 1000 pounds. Double-A-arm front and rear suspension with spring preload-adjustable rear shocks gives the Pioneer a smooth ride. For 2022, the Pioneer 500 is available in red or olive. MSRP is $8599.
